We had two Lions Club gentlemen come and visit today and told Matua Ralph how very impressed they were with how engaged these young lads were.

Kia ora from Whaea Rangipaeroa!
Kia ora everyone For those who don't know me, my name is Rangipaeroa King-Mosen. I am part of the Ngati Te Roro o te Rangi Horizon team who run Acceler 8 #Whanau Champions. This year Acceler 8 is operating completely differently to how it operated last year. This year we are restricting numbers to 10 - 12 tamariki at a time so that we are able to provide more quality teaching and learning activities and programmes to better support our Acceler 8 tamariki's learning. As children progress and leave the programme we will replace them with children who are on a waiting list. To continue our close relationship with the school we are very privileged to have Callie Raureti who helps to keep the communication links open between the parents, the school and Horizon. Not to mention all the serious coaching she is providing our team, learning to Blog, upload photo's and lots of other IT stuff!!
